Staunch Appliance Pro provides professional diagnosis, maintenance, and repair services for residential household appliances, including but not limited to:

Service availability may vary based on location, technician availability, and parts availability.

  1. Scheduling Appointments:

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website or mentioned below.

While we strive to arrive within the scheduled appointment window, arrival times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, emergencies, or previous service appointments.

  1. Diagnostic Fee:

A diagnostic/service call fee may apply to all service visits.

This fee covers:

  • Technician travel
  • Appliance inspection
  • Professional diagnosis
  • Repair estimate

Unless otherwise stated in writing, diagnostic fees are non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed with the repair.

  1. Estimates and Repair Authorization:

After diagnosing the appliance, we will provide an estimate before beginning repairs.

No repair work will be performed without customer authorization.

If additional problems are discovered during the repair, we will contact you for approval before performing any additional work.

  1. Parts:

Replacement parts may be:

  • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
  • Manufacturer-approved aftermarket parts
  • Equivalent replacement parts when appropriate

Parts availability may affect repair completion times.

  1. Payment:

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may accept:

  • Major credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • Cash
  • Other approved payment methods

Returned checks or failed payments may be subject to additional fees permitted by law.

  1. Cancellations:

Customers should provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation or trip charge.

Repairs may include a limited warranty covering workmanship and eligible replacement parts.

Warranty coverage:

  • Is void if another company or individual repairs or modifies the appliance before warranty inspection.

  1. Customer Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance.
  • Ensure utilities such as electricity, gas, and water are available if required.
  • Remove personal belongings from the work area.
  • Secure pets during the appointment.

Failure to provide safe access may require rescheduling.

  1. Appliance Movement:

Some repairs require moving appliances.

While we exercise reasonable care, customers acknowledge that moving heavy appliances carries inherent risks, including possible damage to flooring, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing, or surrounding structures.

Staunch Appliance Pro is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden defects that become apparent during service.

  1. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Staunch Appliance Pro shall not be liable for:

  • Food spoilage
  • Loss of use
  • Lost profits
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Damage resulting from manufacturer defects
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance after service

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific repair service provided.

  1. Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • Working conditions are unsafe.
  • Appliances have been modified in a hazardous manner.
  • Customers behave abusively or threaten our technicians.
  • Required repairs violate applicable laws or safety standards.
  1. Website Use:

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Staunch Appliance Pro unless otherwise noted. Any human error is expected upon valid references.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

  1. Privacy:
